Mask Policy

To protect our vulnerable patients and staff, please ensure to wear a mask if you have any respiratory symptoms when attending the practice.

NOTICE

For non-urgent/routine appointments, please allow at least 48 hours especially during busy times. We keep a small amount of appointment slots for emergencies on the day. Should you require an emergency appointment, please call before 09:30am. Please respect the nature of these emergency slots. 

 

15 minutes are allocated to all appointments; we may not be able to deal with all medical issues during this time. You may need to make a further appointment if the Doctor cannot safely deal with your problem(s) in one visit.  

 

All paperwork i.e., completion of forms/letters etc. will require a week for completion and will incur a charge.

About Cappoquin Health Centre

Cappoquin Health Centre is a GP surgery located in Cappoquin, Co Waterford. Our surgery is wheelchair accessible and includes on site parking, which can be found to the rear of the building.

 

We offer a wide variety of medical services to medical card and private patients including antenatal and postnatal care, minor surgery, childhood vaccinations and regular check-ups. We also provide clinics for the management of chronic diseases such as cardiovascular disease, diabetes, asthma and COPD. 

 

Our aim is to provide high quality, evidence based, patient centred care. We want to engage and empower you to achieve the very best health outcomes for you. We are an LGBT+ friendly practice.
